Jodie

Jodie is a Practice Manager for Town and Country Veterinary Clinic. She has been in the Veterinary business for 15 years. She received her degree at Mater Dei College in Ogdensburg NY. Jodie has twin sons, 2 cats and 2 dogs. She enjoys playing bingo and camping in her free time.

Mike

Mike is the Business Manager for Town and Country Veterinary Clinic. He has been with the company since 2011. Mike served our country for 4 years in the Army, went to St. Lawrence University in Canton NY and worked for the Newell Company for 20 years. He and his wife Patty have two children, Jay and Kellie. Mike enjoys playing most sports and is also a Volunteer Fireman with the Heuvelton Fire Department. He has an English Bulldog, Betty.

Nichole

Nichole joined our team July 2020 as part of our middle management team. Nichole has always had a passion for animals. Nichole was raised on her families Dairy Farm in Northern, NY. Nichole along with her husband John and 3 daughters; Madisyn, Bailey, and Peyton own and operate Wright Way Farm in DeKalb Jct. NY. Nichole and her Family have enjoyed showing Cows at County, State, and National levels for the past 25 years. Nichole also enjoys watching her daughters play sports. Nichole also enjoys time with their dog Bentley and Cat Avery.

Appointment No-Show Policy

We appreciate your patience, understanding, and support. Like other vet clinics nationwide, we have seen a huge increase in demand for our services.
We try to see as many patients as we can, but unfortunately some patients still have to wait for an appointment. We keep a cancellation list of patients that need to be seen, but we still have some scheduled appointments that don't show up at their scheduled time, with no call to cancel (as we have always requested, if you are unable to make your appointment or are running late for any reason, please call and let us know as soon as you can).These "no call/no show" clients take valuable time away from other patients who need to be seen. A "no-call/no-show" is a client who misses an appointment without canceling it. A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded in the client's chart as a "NC/NS." If you NC/NS an appointment, in order to schedule your next appointment, you will be required to prepay the deposit (Office Call), which will then be put toward your next visit. If you NC/NS a second time, we Will take your deposit.

***Please also note starting January 1st 2023, that there will be a small increase in the price of vet care to reflect inflation and some additional overhead costs.
