Tammy

Tammy has been the Front End Supervisor for Town and Country in Ogdensburg since October 2005. She had an appointment with her very sick dog and from that day forward, has been taking care of things at the clinic. She loves her job because it gives her a chance to see all kinds of different breeds and sizes of animals. Tammy and her husband David have a son Ben, who served in the U.S. Army and was deployed in Afghanistan. She has an Irish Wolfhound, Poppy and a kitty named Lucy. But what Tammy really loves, is being a Grandmother to her grandson Lincoln.

Amber has worked in the pet industry for years, there is no place she would rather be!

Appointment No-Show Policy

We appreciate your patience, understanding, and support. Like other vet clinics nationwide, we have seen a huge increase in demand for our services.
We try to see as many patients as we can, but unfortunately some patients still have to wait for an appointment. We keep a cancellation list of patients that need to be seen, but we still have some scheduled appointments that don't show up at their scheduled time, with no call to cancel (as we have always requested, if you are unable to make your appointment or are running late for any reason, please call and let us know as soon as you can).These "no call/no show" clients take valuable time away from other patients who need to be seen. A "no-call/no-show" is a client who misses an appointment without canceling it. A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded in the client's chart as a "NC/NS." If you NC/NS an appointment, in order to schedule your next appointment, you will be required to prepay the deposit (Office Call), which will then be put toward your next visit. If you NC/NS a second time, we Will take your deposit.

***Please also note starting January 1st 2023, that there will be a small increase in the price of vet care to reflect inflation and some additional overhead costs.
